Exchanges and Refunds
All items are made to order and as a result, Chris & Alix will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. An item is deemed defective or damaged at the sole discretion of Chris & Alix Inc.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. If you would like to exchange an item, you must contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). We will not accept any package without a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us directly for your RAN.
Our Exchange Policy lasts 15 days from the date of shipment. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, you will no longer be eligible for an exchange.
To complete your exchange, we require a copy of your receipt as a proof of purchase.
To submit your product for an exchange, please mail your item, with a tracking number, Return Authorization Number and copy of receipt to the following address:

The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for sending their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Given the nature of our products, Chris & Alix Inc only offers exchanges, no refunds.
